This jacket is made to order by our disclosed specialist leatherwear production partner in Sialkot, Pakistan. VALQORO provides the approved pattern, construction specifications, material requirements, branding direction and final quality-control standards.

SHIPPING
Orders are shipped using a tracked courier service. Tracking information is provided after dispatch.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or local charges. Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they remain the buyer’s responsibility..
RETURNS
Standard-size jackets may be returned in unworn, unused condition with all original tags attached. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery before returning an item.
The buyer is responsible for return postage unless the jacket is faulty or materially different from the listing.
Custom-sized or personalised jackets cannot normally be returned or exchanged because they are produced specifically for the buyer. This does not affect the buyer’s rights where an item is faulty or not as described.

• Do not machine wash, tumble dry or iron
• Wipe light surface dust with a clean, dry cloth
